Your details are kept in our job management system, our customer messaging system and our accounting software. These are hosted by third-party providers, who store the information for us. Website forms reach us through a form delivery service, and your photos are attached to your job record.
These providers may store data outside Australia. We use them only to run the business, and we do not let them use your details for their own marketing.
We never sell, rent or trade your details. We share them only when it is needed to do your job or meet the law. For example, a certificate of compliance for your work is lodged with the SA regulator.
