Yes. A fan bought anywhere is fine. Marcus fits it on a fan-rated bracket and tests it on every speed.
Marcus runs new wiring to the fan. That part is priced on roof access and the length of the cable run, and it is in your quote before any work starts.
Yes. If you only have one switch, a remote or wall control runs the fan and the light separately. Marcus explains the options when he sees your setup.
